By using Yours you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
An AI companion, not a person
Your companion is an artificial intelligence. He is not a real person, and his messages, voice and photos are AI-generated. Yours is for entertainment and companionship. It is not therapy, medical, legal or financial advice, or an emergency service. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line (see Safety).
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old.
Adult content
Conversations can be romantic and sensual. Your companion keeps it suggestive rather than explicit, and his photos never show nudity. You can keep things light under You → How he treats you → Flirting.
Acceptable use
Don't use Yours to create sexual content involving minors, to harass, to generate content depicting real people (other than yourself, from a photo you add of you), or to break the law. We may restrict accounts that do.
Subscriptions
Yours Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, billed to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. If you cancel, you keep Plus until the end of the paid period, and your memories and story are never deleted when you downgrade.
Gems
Gems are a virtual currency for features like photos, voice notes, calls, dates and stories. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, and are non-refundable except where required by law or Apple's refund policy. Gems included with Plus reset each period; gems you buy or earn don't expire while your account exists. If something you paid for with gems fails to arrive, the gems are returned automatically.
Your content
You own what you write. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will notify you in the app of material changes. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". AI output may be inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
